Hawkesbury Harvest Farm Gate Trail is about an hour’s drive north of Sydney in the rural Hawkesbury region. Join a tour and pick peaches, apples and nuts. As with farm gate trails in other parts of NSW, there is a range of accommodation options if you’re planning more than a day trip.

In Sydney, take the light rail from Central Station and head for the Sydney Fish Market, one of the largest seafood markets in the world. Arrive early to join a behind-the-scenes tour and watch all the action at the wholesale fish auctions.

EQ Village Markets are held on Saturdays and Wednesdays at Moore Park, a short bus ride from Museum Station. Near the spectacular El Alamein Memorial Fountain in Kings Cross and at Bondi Beach Public School are produce markets every Saturday.
You’ll also enjoy the Northside Produce Market, held in Miller Street, North Sydney, on the third Saturday of the month. From the city centre it’s 10 minutes by train to North Sydney station. Enjoy the views as you cross Sydney Harbour Bridge to stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
